Team & Access
VB-OS Cloud uses a two-level access model: organization-level roles and project-level roles. Organization-level roles are managed in Settings, and project-level roles are managed in each project’s Settings > Team section.
Organization Roles
Section titled “Organization Roles”Organization settings are accessible from the Settings page in the main sidebar. The Members section shows all organization members with their roles.

| Owner | Full access. Can transfer ownership, manage billing, delete the organization. One per organization. |
| Admin | Manage members, security settings, and all projects. Cannot transfer ownership or delete the organization. |
| Developer | Create projects, manage boundaries, run evaluations. Cannot manage organization settings or members. |
| Auditor | Read-only access plus replay and certification capabilities across all projects. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all projects and organization data. |
Inviting Members
Section titled “Inviting Members”From Settings > Members, click Invite Member. Enter the email address and select a role. The invitee receives an email with a link to join the organization.
Pending invitations appear in a separate section and can be revoked before they are accepted.
Security Settings
Section titled “Security Settings”The Security section in organization settings includes session management, authentication policies, and other security-related configuration. Only Admins and the Owner can access this section.
Project Roles
Section titled “Project Roles”Each project has its own team with project-level roles. These are managed in the project’s Settings > Team section. See Projects for the full role table.
Project roles are independent of organization roles. An organization-level Viewer can be given a Developer role on a specific project.
